- You may need to create an account to place an order. You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or close an account that contains false information or is used in breach of these terms.
4. Products and availability
- We make reasonable efforts to show product descriptions, images and prices accurately. Images are for illustration, and packaging, labels or vintages may differ slightly.
- All products are subject to availability. If a product you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a replacement or refund.
- We may limit the quantity of any product per order or per customer.
5. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices and offers may change at any time without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price shown when you place it.
- If we find a pricing error after you place an order, we may contact you to confirm the correct price, or cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
- Payment must be made using the payment methods available at checkout. Where payment is taken on delivery, it must be paid in full when the order is handed over.
6. Orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we confirm it to you, by message, call or email, or when we deliver it.
- We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our delivery area, the order appears fraudulent or incorrect, or we cannot verify your age.
- Please check your order details, phone number and delivery address before submitting.
7. Delivery
- We deliver to Budhanilkantha and nearby areas of Kathmandu. Delivery is available 24 hours, subject to availability and local conditions.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, festivals, strikes, curfews, or other events outside our control.
- Someone aged 18 or older must be available to receive the order at the delivery address. If nobody is available, or the recipient cannot show valid ID, the order may be returned and cancelled.
- Please check the seals, packaging and quantity in front of the delivery person before accepting your order.
8. Returns, replacements and cancellations
Returns, replacements, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose, or to buy alcohol for anyone under 18;
- Provide false information or use another person’s identity or payment details;
- Resell products purchased from us without our written permission;
